The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Project Engineer to join our project delivery team in Perth. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination and execution of engineering and construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects, from planning through to commissioning and handover.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, scopes of work and resource plans in coordination with the Project Manager.

  • Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, specifications and method statements.

  • Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones, budget and quality requirements.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, cost, quality and safety performance.

  • Identify and manage project risks, engineering changes and variations.

  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company HSE standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 3+ years' experience in a project engineering role within the resources, energy, oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors.

  • Sound understanding of project management principles, scheduling and cost control.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and vendors.

  • Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS requirements.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel to site as required (Construction White Card and current driver's licence preferred).
